This was our first time buying a home and I’m so thankful we had Vlada by our side. She works very VERY hard to make sure you get your dream home. Vladlena had been recommended to me through a friend who had a great experience with her as a buyers representative. As a seller, I had been very skeptical that any realtor would be able to assist me in a rather unique situation of having to prep and sell my departed brother's house on the west coast as I am located on the east coast and basically unavailable. Vlada was masterful in communicating with me via pics of the house and contents, making quick disposition of everything, storing what was needed, donating some, and disposing of the remainder. This list of her contacts must be eclectic as every situation we encountered got quickly resolved and the house got prepped/rehabbed at light speed. At the same time she was prepping the house for market, she was studying the micro-markets gyrations in the local neighborhood, in the rising rate environment. She went as far as even finding a new adoptive home for the dog and sending pics in the new home. When the time came, she was well versed in the contractual aspects of the transaction, which also were a little extra-ordinary as it was a trust that was doing the selling. From my perspective, she pulled off the impossible. I handed someone an impossible turnkey project with little hope of success, and it went quickly and flawlessly thanks to her.
